About Magdalena Dorner
Magdalena Dorner is Business Operations Coordinator at Evergreen Media® and acts as a key support function for the management team. She ensures that internal processes run smoothly and are continuously optimised – so that the team can focus fully on its core tasks. In doing so, she sees her role not only as providing organisational and legal support, but also as a reliable point of contact for everyone in the company.
Her academic background in Management and Law (BA) and International Business and Law (MA) at MCI Innsbruck forms the basis for her structured and solution-oriented approach. Professionally, she comes from a marketing background and most recently worked as an executive assistant at a Swiss management consultancy – a combination that has given her both a keen sense of communication and a deep understanding of business processes. As a certified Compliance Officer under ISO 37301, she also brings in-depth expertise in regulatory requirements.
With strong organisational skills, problem-solving expertise and an open ear for her colleagues’ concerns, she creates an environment in which both management and the team can rely on clear structures and genuine support. Her aim: to leave every situation she encounters a little better and more sustainable than she found it.
